Rufus works closely with the CEO and founder of Simplify Climate as the Business Development Lead. His role involves identifying leads, engaging with prospective clients, and managing the business development process.

Rufus is also responsible for operational efficiency and preparing/presenting tailored training programs to enhance awareness of climate change, promote well-being, and support healthier lifestyles.
